Welcome to the official website for the Jersey Battle of Flowers
CANCELLATION OF BATTLE OF FLOWERS 2020
Dear Jersey Battle of Flowers supporter
As you are probably aware, due to the current COVID-19 situation we are all experiencing, we have taken the difficult decision, to cancel the 2020 Jersey Battle of Flowers summer parades in August. While this was a disappointing decision to take, it was, we believe, a wise one, as the health and well-being of everyone involved in the parades, including of course our supporters and spectators is of paramount importance.
However, working closely with our valued exhibitors we are determined to make next year’s parades event bigger, brighter and bolder and we look forward to sharing it with you in 2021 when the Daytime and Moonlight Parades will be held on Thursday 12 and Friday 13 August.
In light of this, and recognising that many of our spectators reserve their tickets well in advance, we have automatically transferred your booking to next year, where your seat reservations will remain valid
We do understand that for some this may not be suitable for one reason or another and if you would prefer to cancel your tickets for next year you will of course, receive a full refund from organisers, although not if you have already claimed this from your travel insurance.
What do you do next?
If you are happy for your reservation to be automatically transferred to next year’s event, you need do nothing at this stage as your tickets will automatically be accepted.
However, if you would prefer your ticket(s) to be refunded we ask that in the first instance, you email firstname.lastname@example.org providing us with your name, tickets numbers and contact details. For reasons of security, we do not hold details of your card payments
on file so we will subsequently make contact with you to determine the best method for refunding your tickets. Refunds will be processed during May but we ask that you make contact with us prior to this time.
If you have already made contact with us in relation to your tickets, then please ignore this communication as your refund process will already be noted.
Thank you as always for your continuing support of Jersey Battle of Flowers – and do hope to welcome you again in 2021.
In the meantime, continue to stay safe and well – together, we’ll get through this.
Jersey Battle of Flowers would like to thank Economic Development Department and Ports of Jersey, Condor and JAIC for their generous sponsorship of this prestigious event.

First staged in 1902 in celebration of a Royal Coronation, the Jersey Battle of Flowers has since grown over the past century and more to become one of the largest floral carnivals in Europe and without doubt a major highlight in Jersey’s varied summer calendar of festivals and events.
This website has been specifically created to give you a flavour of what to expect from one of Jersey’s most popular festivals – whether you are a first time visitor to this floral spectacle or a regular spectator.
As and when information is confirmed, we will post on this website, including details on purchasing tickets as well as a preview of this year’s exhibitors and floats, a glimpse at some of the other activities and events taking place as part of the parades and an opportunity to share some magical moments thanks to our gallery of images from past to present day.
