As we have now become a registered ‘charity’ we are reverting to the old constitution there will be an Annual General Meeting for the Jersey Battle of Flowers Association on Tuesday 12th November at 7.30 p.m. at Trinity Parish Hall.
The Chairman and Vice Chairman will be voted for and the following proposal has been put forward by the Exhibitors Committee
It is proposed that Association Members get to choose the Exhibitors Director as an elected official for 2019/2020 , in preference to the Chairman selecting. Therefore if this is adopted, please find a nomination form for your chosen Exhibitors Director.
The membership for the year to 30th September 2019 is £12.50 for a single membership and £17.50 for a joint membership.
If anyone would like the opportunity to vote the deadline for membership is Thursday 19th September.
Apologies for the short notice and we appreciate that the membership year is cut short, but we felt that is was important that all are given the opportunity to have a vote at this year’s AGM.
