At the Jersey Battle of Flowers, volunteers are the lifeblood of our organization. Your commitment and enthusiasm help us deliver a world-class festival year after year. Joining our volunteer team offers a chance to be part of a tight-knit community, gain valuable experience, and make lasting memories.
Here are some areas where you can make a difference in 2024:

Event Steward (18+): Become an Event Steward and help coordinate the smooth flow of floats and participants and members of the public during the procession. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring Battle runs safely and efficiently. This is a volunteer role with expenses paid.

Box Office Street Team (16+): Be the welcoming face of Battle by assisting visitors with ticket purchases and providing information as part of our on the Street Team. Your friendly demeanour, efficiency and helpfulness will contribute to a positive experience for all. This is paid role.

Float Decoration (all ages): Unleash your creativity by joining the float decoration team at your local exhibitors association. You'll work closely with other volunteers to bring the vibrant and imaginative designs to life. No prior experience is necessary, just a willingness to learn and have fun. This is a volunteer role.
